The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking lake views and a terrace perfect for delightful dinners! ! Our room was a haven of comfort, featuring a lovely balcony.

Service quality was hit or miss. we faced challenges with room service and special requests, and occasionally felt overlooked during our stay.

Wow, the breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake was amazing! We felt super special being able to swim in the pool and relax. The staff were all so friendly, really made us feel at home, and the food was top-notch every evening!

The room allocation can be tricky. several guests reported difficulties or dissatisfaction upon check-in. breakfast options are a bit sparse, with only scrambled eggs available and no proper hot drink facilities in the rooms, which can be a letdown for early risers. The pool temperature might not be consistent, leaving swimmers feeling uncomfortable during cooler months, and those wanting to dine later face limited restaurant hours, making planning around meal times a bit of a hassle.

I just had a fantastic 3-night stay here, and the lakeside location made everything feel so special. Our double room with a lake view and a charming balcony was not only comfortable but also provided the most breathtaking views every morning. Dinner on the terrace overlooking the lake was a real highlight, with a delightful menu that changed each night. The only downside was that the pool area could get a bit crowded at times, but the beauty of the surroundings more than made up for it.
